Karen Arnold, MBA, SPHR
A seasoned human resource professional with over 19 years of experience, Karen Arnold is the owner of Integrated HR Solutions, LLC. With a focus on providing human resource consulting and training services for small businesses, Karen can provide the tools and processes needed to successfully manage your HR function. Karen’s hands-on experience establishing and managing all aspects of an HR department ensures she is uniquely capable of providing the high quality, human touch services your company needs.
In positions of increasing responsibility, Karen’s experience has included: performing HR audits; developing policies and employee handbooks; creating job descriptions, new hire orientation and performance management programs; assisting in recruiting; providing training in legal compliance and employment issues; and providing individual and team coaching using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Karen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Ohio University, a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University, and received a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Karen is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a professional member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Karen is a DDI (Development Dimensions International) Certified Trainer and has recently begun providing training services for the office of Educational Outreach and Training at UC Clermont.
