HR Hotline/On Call Program
The goal of this service is to offer clients human resource expertise and advice at a reasonable cost, every time it is needed. Just like having your own human resource manager on staff.
This service provides many benefits including access to HR expertise via telephone and email, complimentary labor law posters, regulatory updates, and informative newsletters. Clients receive advice and guidance on hiring processes, coaching, discipline, and termination as well as answer your questions regarding your unemployment and workers compensation claims. Additionally, clients receive access to standard HR checklists, forms, and templates.
The cost also includes minimal research and referrals if information can not be obtained by the consultant. Examples of typical questions include:
- “Are we required to pay overtime for this employee?”
- “Can we fire this person?”
- “One of our employees smells like alcohol….what can we do?”
- “When do we need to send COBRA information to our employees?”
- “How do I document this incident?”
- “Can you provide me with a sample job description?”
